1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and ob9 (hereinafter referred to as "ob9", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ob9.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

ob9 operates an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and related gaming products and services (collectively, the "Services") to eligible users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using our Platform and Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 These Terms are effective from the date on which you first register an Account or access any part of our Platform, whichever occurs earlier.

3.2 By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent registration action, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and in any event not less than 21 years of age; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (c) your use of our Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction; and (d) all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

3.3 These Terms shall be read in conjunction with ob9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of ob9's Services is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be voided, and any deposits will be returned (less any withdrawals already processed), at our sole discretion.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services is legal in your jurisdiction. ob9 does not represent that our Services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

4.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on our Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ob9 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all transactions associated therewith, and forfeit any funds held therein.

4.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ob9 or from any other online gambling platform operating under applicable regulations are not permitted to register a new Account during the period of exclusion.

5. Account Registration & KYC Verification

5.1 To access Real Money Play on our Platform, you must register an Account and successfully complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Registration is free of charge.

5.2 Required Information. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (NRIC) or passport number, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

5.3 KYC Documents. We may, at any time, request that you submit one or more of the following documents: (a) a copy of your valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence; (b) proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill issued by Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, or Indah Water, or a bank statement, dated within three months); and (c) a selfie or photograph of you holding the submitted identity document.

5.4 Verification Timeframe. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. We reserve the right to place temporary restrictions on withdrawals pending successful verification.

5.5 Accuracy of Information. You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any material change to your personal details (including change of address, name, or payment methods) must be communicated to ob9 promptly.

6. Account Security & Responsibility

6.1 You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ob9 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other means to request your password.

6.2 You must notify ob9 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

6.3 All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. ob9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by ob9's negligence.

6.4 You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your Account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you shall not engage in any of the following conduct whilst using ob9's Platform or Services:

• 7.1 Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• 7.2 Registering multiple Accounts or assisting any other person to do so;
• 7.3 Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing;
• 7.4 Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, cheating, or use of any software, algorithm, or device that provides an unfair advantage;
• 7.5 Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in our Platform — any such errors must be reported immediately to ob9 support;
• 7.6 Abusing bonus promotions through systematic staking patterns or hedging strategies designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers;
• 7.7 Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with our Platform in any way;
• 7.8 Threatening, harassing, or abusing ob9 staff or other users;
• 7.9 Attempting to circumvent any security measure, age verification process, or access control implemented by ob9.

ob9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account found to be in breach of this section, and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General. ob9 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn.

8.3 Maximum Stake During Bonus Play. When playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted stake per bet, spin, or round is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

8.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%–20%; live sports bets contribution rates vary by promotion. The specific rates for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.

8.6 Maximum Cash-Out. Some promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus Fund winnings. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum cash-out limit are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

8.7 Bonus Abuse. ob9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional structures.

9. Deposits & Withdrawals

9.1 Supported Payment Methods. ob9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at our discretion.

9.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotions.

9.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Verified accounts can expect e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) to be processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are estimated timeframes and may vary.

9.4 Verification for Withdrawals. ob9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000.

9.5 Same Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal to a different method may be permitted at ob9's discretion following additional verification.

9.6 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.

9.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ob9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of MYR 50 per month to the balance of dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction.

10. Betting & Gaming Rules

10.1 All bets placed on ob9's sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant Sporting Event and market type. Asian Handicap, Over-Under, 1X2, and other market rules are published within the relevant betting section of our Platform.

10.2 All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics in a controlled studio environment.

10.3 ob9 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed on the basis of a manifest error, including incorrect odds or market parameters published due to a technical or human error.

10.4 The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game or market will be displayed prior to placement of the bet or wager. These limits are subject to change without notice.

10.5 ob9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues, device failure, or interruption of internet service on the part of the player during an active gaming session or live bet.

11. Responsible Gambling

11.1 ob9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting ob9 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, we will use reasonable efforts to prevent access to your Account.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ob9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, software, and the overall design and layout of the Site, is the exclusive property of ob9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without ob9's prior written consent.

12.3 The ob9 name, logo, and all associated marks and trade dress are the property of ob9 and may not be used without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ob9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Platform or Services.

13.2 ob9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 ob9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

13.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ob9's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ob9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform with an updated version date.

14.2 Where a material change is made to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ob9 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of the proceedings shall be English.

15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
